We’re just a few minutes walk from Tha Phae Gate in Chiang Mai Old Town.

21 Ratchamanka 1 Alley Old City Phra Sing, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand

Can I just drop in?
For pottery painting, canvas painting, and open studio, you can walk in anytime daily from 10am - 6pm.

For workshops, we prefer that you book in advance as spots are limited. However, you are welcome to try to walk in 15mins before a session starts to see if space is available.

Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes, absolutely! No prior experience is needed—we guide you step-by-step. It's also a great fit for people who already practice the craft and want more guidance and level up.

How do I book, and how long is a class?
You can book by messaging us on Instagram, Facebook, email, or WhatsApp. Most workshops run for about 2.5 to 3 hours. (Please arrive 10 minutes early!)

How long does Paint-A-Pot take?
Plan for about 1 to 2 hours of studio time to paint your pottery piece. The duration depends on how detailed you'd like your design to be.

How much are the classes, and what’s included?
Sip & Clay hand-building workshops is 950 THB/person and include 1 fired piece, materials, a free drink

Wheel throwing is 1550 THB/person and includes 2 fired pieces, materials, a free drink

Pottery painting is the price of the pot plus a 150 THB firing fee.

What should I wear or bring?
Just wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a little dirty, tie back long hair, remove jewelry from your hands, and bring your creativity! We provide everything else.

When are my pieces ready?
Your pieces go through slow drying and firing, and are usually ready for pickup in about 2 weeks (or up to 3 weeks during the cooler, more damp rainy season). We will message you when they're ready!

Are the finished ceramics pieces food, dishwasher, and microwave safe?
Yes, our glazes are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. We recommend handling them with care, avoiding extreme thermal shocks, and hand-washing when possible to preserve their finish.

Do you offer private or group classes?
Yes, we love hosting private sessions and special celebrations—just send us a message to plan yours!

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital or physical gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months. Reach out via DM or email to get one.

What are the guidelines for studio behaviour?
We love keeping our studio a friendly, safe space for everyone! We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or discrimination, and anyone acting unsafely or disruptively may be asked to leave without a refund.

Can I bring children or non-participating guests?
Children are very welcome (with a guardian staying close by if required). Non-participating guests can relax comfortably in our waiting area!

Wheel throwing is for makers ages 7 and older because it requires a bit more physical strength and coordination to center the spinning clay.

For our younger artists below 7, we recommend pottery painting and our hand-building workshop for a joyful, fully hands-on way to explore clay, build fine motor skills, and create amazing shapes at a gentle, supportive pace.

Are your pieces in the store handmade?
Yes, every single piece is lovingly handcrafted and uniquely glazed, meaning slight variations make each one wonderfully one-of-a-kind.
